Mark van Eyden
Contracts Manager

Mark graduated from University Pretoria in 1987 and has worked in the construction industry for 23 years. Mark started in 1985 with Kroon & Sons as a student and moved on to Bartlett Construction in 1990, where he was mainly involved in construction of Service stations. He then moved to Schothorst Builders in 1991 where he managed numerous renovation and revamp projects. In 2000 he joined Steeledale and concentrated on light to heavy industrial Steel Structures. Mark then went on to Enza Construction in 1995 where he was active in the renovations and revamps of shopping centres and the erection of light industrial factories. He moved to Belela Construction in 2007 and is currently working on the 1.3 Billion Rand – New Development, Foreign Affairs Head Quarters in Pretoria.

Tshepiso Kekana
Senior Quantity Surveyor

Tshepiso obtained her diploma in 1999 and a B-tech degree in QS in 2004 from the former Technikon Witwatersrand. She has since work for Fikile and PTH and her experience in Quantity Surveying ranges from renovations to the construction of offices and shopping complexes. Some of the projects that have contributed to that experience include the PWC in Menlyn, Telkom Business Solution Centre in Centurion and the Maropeng at the Cradle of Human Kind.

Xolani Antony Bethwana
Administrator

Xolani has worked in the Construction Industry for 9 years. He has completed various courses, including A+ Preparation; N+ Preparation, Health and Safety Representative, First Aid, Project Management as well as Cost and Management Accounting. He gained experience working in different fields in the construction industry. He started as a Stock Controller and moved up to a Site Administrator. In 2007 he worked as a Plant Administrator, getting experience in internal and external plant hire, scaffolding and form work. In 2008 he joined Belela Construction as an Administrator.

Tony Boyd
Contracts Manager

Tony got his Civil Diploma from Wits & Pretoria Technikon. He worked at a company for 5 years, as a Draughtsman moving his way up to Resident Engineer on various projects. Tony then moved to a new company in 1981 and worked his way from Site Agent to Construction Director, gaining knowledge and experience on various projects. In 2008 he joined Belela Construction as Contracts Manager.
